Ordering repeat prescriptions

If your long-term medication is on repeat prescription you can order in a variety of ways:

• In person – hand your repeat slip in at reception with the required items clearly marked.
• By post – send it in with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.
• Online – follow this link  and complete a simple registration.

Please note that we cannot accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.
